Ron Caruthers, college planning and finance expert, was recently inducted into the National Academy of Best-Selling Authors® for the performance of his latest book, “Shift Happens.”

About Ron Caruthers:
Ron Caruthers is the nation’s leading expert on getting into and paying for colleges-as well as helping students choose their careers and command top money in their fields. He is also famous for helping families that didn’t save enough for college get on track for the retirement.
He was born and raised in Santa Monica, California—right above ‘Baywatch’ beach. In fact, he was a Los Angeles County (Baywatch) lifeguard for two summers.
Ron graduated from Sunny Hills High School in Fullerton, CA in 1985. He graduated with top honors as the sole valedictorian of his class, being ranked number 1 out of 419 students. However, due to poor career planning and lack of finances, he did not immediately go on to college.
