Susan Jane Kirkpatrick is the co-founder (along with her husband Steven) of AdvantaCoach, an executive & small business coaching, consulting, training, and education company. AdvantaCoach is a distinctive blend of their unique entrepreneurial experience and professional knowledge from each of their respective fields of expertise. Their programs are easy and simple systems specifically developed for Entrepreneurs and Copreneurs to successfully develop and profitably grow their businesses. With new clarity and focus, motivation, and inspiration, Susan and Steven know that when Entrepreneurs regain their original passion for their business and lifestyle they quickly grow their business and achieve greater success. Susan has over 30 years experience as a New Mexico Real Estate Broker and small business owner and Copreneur. Susan is the former Owner/CEO of Northern New Mexico Real Estate, Inc. a franchisee of the United Country Real Estate Franchise. Her real estate office was consistently in the Top Ten performers throughout the nation for 5 years. Shortly after joining the United Country organization, Northern New Mexico Real Estate, Inc. achieved the #1 Office position within the entire United Country National Franchise System (out of 650 offices nationwide) with more than $23 million in sales revenue. This was accomplished in a small town of only 800 year round residents, and where the nearest traffic light is 81 miles away! Also, Susan was the Business Operations Manager of her family ranch and was instrumental in its successful land development and sales. Susan holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Secondary Education/ English from Glassboro State University (now Rowan University), New Jersey. She is a Certified Professional Coach with the Coach Training Alliance (CCTA) and Fowler-Wainwright International. She is a certified administrator for the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I & Step II. Susan is an avid sportsman, scuba diver, lover of history and good food. She has travelled the world doing her favorite things: dove shooting in Argentina, Peacock Bass fishing in the Amazon, scuba diving in Indonesia, indulging in delicious food in Italy, successfully navigating the Tokyo Metro system (!), and many exciting photo safaris in South Africa. Happily transplanted to Virginia (along with her dog and six cats), she lives her dream with her husband Steven. She is thoroughly enjoying her new home in Hampton Roads by spending her free time gardening, hiking and swimming, and she is planning the purchase of her new boat!
