Since 1990, Richard has been helping small businesses in all industries grow sales and profits exponentially using his Exponential Sales Marketing System. These include retail, wholesale, professional, service and manufacturing businesses.
Richard is founder and CEO of 21st Century Marketing Systems, Inc. and is the creator and developer of the company’s four step Exponential Sales Marketing System. His system is an approved growth system for manufacturers through the U.S. Commerce department's business development division. The system is licensed with nine Manufacturing Extension Partnership centers around the country. In 2007, Dell Computer Marketing Centers began to include steps of The Exponential Sales Marketing System as part of their learning system.
Since 1994 Richard has trained and certified hundreds of marketing consultants and coaches worldwide including the US, the UK, Nigeria, Luxemburg, Austrailia, Greece, Ireland, Canada and Holland. These consultants help business owners in their local areas implement The Exponential Sales Marketing System.
His book Twenty-five Ways To Improve Sales Without Spending An Extra Dime On Advertising was published in 1999 by CRISP business publications. Richard is now in the process of launching his new E-Book : The Exponential Sales Marketing System.
With his marketing and sales expertise along with a Masters in Business Degree, Richard is continuing to make The Exponential Sales Marketing System available to small business owners worldwide.
