Drs. Paul Cater and Donna Galante are a husband and wife team that have been in practice together for 15 years in Sacramento, California. As the founders of Cater Galante Orthodontic Specialists, they focus on creating beautiful smiles for adults and children that last a lifetime. Dr. Donna Galante practiced for 7 years in the Philadelphia area when she met her husband Dr. Paul Cater. They decided to join forces in 1993 and move to the West Coast where Dr. Cater was born to build their practices together and to start a family. Drs. Cater and Galante currently have three locations in the Sacramento area. They know that their work not only changes a person’s smile, but also changes their life forever.

Dr. Paul Cater and Dr. Donna Galante are both members of The American Dental Association, The California Dental Association, The Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, The American Association of Orthodontists, and The Sacramento District Dental Society.
