Dr. Marc Kossmann

As a clinical psychologist, Tae Kwon Do black belt, motorcycle-riding entrepreneur who enjoys helping other people succeed, Dr. Marc specializes in the psychology of marketing.

He once spent nine days living life by the rules of Buddhist monks with no talking, reading, writing, or eye contact. The goal was to AVOID thinking and just experience, but it was an adventure that helped him see the mind as a fluid, ever-changing process… a process that can get stuck in loops where habits are revealed as one of the most powerful forces of nature.

Trained originally as a neuropsychologist, he went from working in brain injury rehabilitation centers to focusing on work with cancer patients as part of a multidisciplinary oncology treatment team. While Dr. Marc still treats patients one day per week in his Havertown office and is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Rosemont College, he now specializes in entrepreneurship and marketing – helping mid-career, mid-life professionals off their TimeTrap Plateaus and directed back to the summits (and their DreamDestinations) they were aimed at when they earned their degrees.

Dr. Marc saw early-on in his career that while professionals are trained intensively in their "technical skills," they seldom learn anything about marketing and running a business. And they almost never know how to tell their own stories to keep their clients and patients coming back to them over and over.

Dr. Marc lives with his wife, Deb (also a clinical psychologist), and two exceptional cats just outside of Philadelphia, PA USA.
