Dr. Nicholas is the CEO of Dream Builders United, and is known as the Financial Recovery
Doctor. Dream Builders United was created to empower distressed families/
home owners through financial education, so that families can pursue their dream of
living debt-free, owning and maintaining a home, and reaching other financial goals.
Dr. Nicholas’ invested interest in providing financial education to families came as a
result of a personal experience when she fell victim to the subprime economic downsizing
(refer to Dr. Nicholas chapter as a co-author in the book The Law of Business
Attraction.)
In addition to her own personal experiences, Dr. Nicholas has incorporated counseling
clients on basic financial problems, which were causing severe stress and creating
a domino effect in other areas of their lives. Dr. Nicholas also volunteers, providing
financial education to youth aging out of the foster care system, and builds homes
and restores communities for Habitat for Humanity. Dr. Nicholas has been actively
involved as an instructor for Habitat For Humanity’s Loan Ranger Program. As a Loan
Ranger, Dr. Nicholas educates communities about understanding credit and debt.
As a result of her commitment to community, and making a difference in the lives
of people, Dream Builders United strives to help to educate individuals and families
around financial literacy, while building a legacy of financial freedom.
Dr. Nicholas is available for speaking engagements and trainings, and can be reached
