Kristy Lee Wilson
Kristy Lee Wilson is considered one of the premier experts
on strength and conditioning for gymnasts. Kristy
became an elite gymnast at the age of eight and for the
past decade was wowing crowds nightly, performing
with the world- renowned Cirque du Soleil as a powertrack/
trampoline artist in the Orlando - based production, “La Nouba.”
Originally from Australia, Kristy made her mark in fitness at an extremely
young age. At just eight years Kristy became the youngest athlete to ever
be offered a scholarship to the Australian Institute of Sport. Kristy was one
of Australia’s top junior gymnasts, three-time Australian Power Tumbling
Champion and Cirque du Soleil performer. When it comes to experience,
there are very few fitness professionals who have the personal experience
Kristy has. Kristy is also a sponsored athlete and fitness competitor.
As a fitness professional, Kristy Lee Wilson is highly respected and certified
through the top strength and conditioning associations in the world – the
National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning
Association, and the International Youth Conditioning Association. Kristy
is also the founder and owner KLW Fitness. Kristy specializes in Sports Performance
Enhancement - particularly in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading,
and MMA, Corrective Exercise and Youth Fitness.
In 2011, Kristy won the Fitness America Universe Tour in Florida and was
named Ms Fitness Florida. She was also recognized as a National Association
of Professional Women’s - Woman of the Year. Kristy is one of the Top 10
Fitness Expert’s on Dr Oz’s new health website Sharecare, and is an advisor
for the Excellence Through Exercise Foundation. Kristy has been featured
and published in publications such as USANA magazine, World Physique
Magazine, Today & Tonight Magazine, and A Sky’s the Limit Magazine, and is
