Judy Ross, Esq.
Judy Ross is a Personal Family Lawyer with the
Family Wealth Planning Institute. Her practice focuses
on the creation of life-long relationships with
her clients. Her goal is to offer advice and counsel as
her clients’ lives evolve, their assets grow, and the
law affecting those assets changes. As a parent, Judy understands the
importance of protecting your family while focusing on who you are and
what’s important to you.
Judy’s passion for helping people is what attracted her to the area of estate
planning, and she provides diligent legal services to her clients with
pride, integrity, and compassion. Just as importantly, she understands
the value of leaving behind a legacy that makes family and friends proud.
That is why she founded the Ross Legal Group. And that is why she
is so dedicated to easing the burden of individuals and families making
complicated legal decisions to ensure their well-being and the well-being
of their loved ones.
Judy is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC., which allows her to collaborate

estate planning strategies. Most importantly, it affords her the
opportunity to give her clients the individualized personal attention conducive
to a small firm while staying on the leading edge of estate planning
knowledge. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association
– Trusts & Estates Law Section, and the San Diego County Bar Association
– Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section.
Judy earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University
School of Law (Fullerton) in 1998 and her Master’s of Law in International
Taxation with a concentration in E-Commerce Law (LL.M Intl. Tax) from
St. Thomas University School of Law (Miami) in 2004. She is admitted
to practice before the California Supreme Court and the United States
District Court for the Central District of California.
Judy Ross is much more than one of Orange County’s outstanding estate
planning attorneys, she is a dedicated mother and friend. She has authored
two wonderful children’s books and believes in the power of family
and community. She loves playing tennis, even though her 14-year-old
daughter now beats her on a regular basis!
Judy resides in Orange County, California with her family and their dog Loppy.
