Joe Gleason
Joe Gleason learned about ethics from his grandfather, Tom Wells, in Byron, Illinois, a small farming community with just 2,000 residents. During the sales calls, Grandpa Wells would ask his customers about their farms and their families before assessing their needs for his products and services. By watching these
interactions first-hand, Joe learned that being in business is about trying to help people.
Today, Joe has brought this small-town approach to Arizona where he continues to apply his grandfather’s lessons in his own family businesses: Gleason Financial Group, LLC, which specializes in income and retirement planning; and Gleason Investment Advisory, LLC, which helps clients manage their investments. Operating together, the firms take a comprehensive approach to managing clients’ finances.
Using comprehensive fact finding, Joe gets to know clients by identifying their retirement goals. Then through extensive research and planning, he develops a customized financial plan for each client. Maintaining strong relationships with his clients is a priority for Joe, who meets with each client at least once a year and encourages them to call him anytime with their financial questions and concerns. He wants his clients to know he is their financial ally.
His ultimate goal is to empower his clients to create their dream lifestyle – whether it’s helping someone achieve the dream of traveling across the country in an RV or making it possible for them to spend more time with their children and grandchildren.
Joe, who holds a Series 65 license, is an Investment Advisor Representative. This means he has a fiduciary responsibility to act in his clients’ best interest on their behalf. He is also licensed in life, health, property, casualty, and long-term care insurance. His vast financial knowledge has landed him regular appearances on local television and radio stations, including Good Morning Arizona on Channel 3, FOX 10, CBS 5 and ABC 15.
Joe and his wife, Janette, live in Surprise, Arizona, with their three children and their dog, Buddy. They enjoy traveling and attending Diamondbacks and Cubs spring training games.
