Jeanmarie “Jeannie” Richardson, also known as the “Tech Jeannie” is the CEO of The Digital Architects, which specializes in being the IT Department for many businesses in the Baltimore – Washington metropolitan area. For over 15 years, Jeannie has tirelessly pursued her passion of helping firms implement and grow their businesses through the use of technology. Her driving force is to increase client’s profits through the selection and implementation of reliable technology solutions at an affordable cost.

Before founding the The Digital Architects, Jeannie worked for a regional IT Company and started and managed the Internet Solutions Group there. Prior to that, she served as Controller for a large Title Insurance Agency and was responsible for Information Technology. Jeannie is a hands-on business owner. She has worked in almost every position at The Digital Architects and for many years served as Senior Engineer. While she no longer carries a tool-box, she has over 25 years’ experience in selecting, implementing, and supporting business technology. She can talk the talk because she walked the walk.

Jeannie is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Small Business Consultant. She holds an M.B.A from the University of Baltimore, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. Additionally, she is an author, a member of numerous trade organizations and technology mastermind groups. She often mentors other business owners and managers in the information technology industry.

When not working, Jeannie enjoys gardening and traveling and walking her black Lab, Anjing.
