Born and raised in Pawnee City, Nebraska, Dr. Scott Stewart completed his general education at the University of Nebraska and his dental training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Following completion of his doctorate, he attended 2 more years of internship in Tennessee and Ohio. Dr. Stewart has trained with some of the dental industry’s leading innovators and researchers. For those who want top quality cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Stewart has the training, expertise and experience of the Las Vegas Institute as well as the Kois Center of Advanced Dentistry behind him. For the latest in tooth preservation and restoration, Dr. Stewart has trained extensively with the Alleman Institute of Advanced Adhesive/Biomimetic Dentistry. Dr. Stewart is certified with the World Clinical Laser Institute for use of Waterlase™ and the diode laser. He is also trained and certified for the diagnosis, treatment planning and placement of Mini Dental Implants for tooth replacement and denture retention. His office is mercury free (no materials containing mercury are used) and certified mercury safe (safe removal of amalgam following protocol with specialized equipment). Dr. Stewart is trained and authorized for use of Medical Ozone. He is certified for the use of Conscious Sedation. Professionally, Dr. Stewart is a member of numerous organizations including: American and Colorado Dental Associations, serves as a Delegate to the Metro Denver Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry, American College of Integrative Biological Dental Medicine, International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, International Association of Mercury Safe Dentistry, Academy of Laser Dentistry, Society of Global Mini Implants, International Association of Mini dental implants, World Congress of Mini Dental Implants, American Academy of Ozone Therapy, Dental Amalgam Mercury Solutions (DAMS), American Academy of Oral Systemic Health. Dr. Stewart is a past chairman of K.I.N.D (Kids In Need of Dentistry) and served (chairman) with the Board of Delta Dental Insurance of Colorado. He is proud to acknowledge his membership as a Mason (32°) and is active as an El Jebel Shrine Clown. He is also a member of the Professional Colorado Clown Association.
