Dianne Sykes Scope

Dianne Sykes Scope MS NSCA is the CEO and head exercise physiologist for Achieve Fitness. She has 15 years of personal training and exercise physiology experience and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has eight years of health club management experience. Dianne received a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts and continued on to earn a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University. Her dedication to fitness exceeded academia, as she was a Division I Track & Field athlete and Atlantic 10 Conference champion at UMass in the 400m hurdles. Dianne was appointed to the New York State Directorship for the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2004 and was published in the American College of Sports Medicine’s journal for scientific research on personal training effectiveness in May of 2007. She is a nationally renowned speaker on topics in the field of family fat loss for disease prevention, and is dedicated to enhancing the family practices of health professionals throughout the country. Dianne has gained a depth of field experience working with families over the years and is considered a leading expert in family fat loss. Dianne is a master educator for Equinox Health Clubs and Soul Cycle where she regularly contributes, creates and teaches curriculum. She works directly with personal trainers and instructors on the foundations of exercise physiology. She has been featured in Shape Magazine and Parent Guide News.
