However, he quickly learned Free MLS Property Search wasn’t enough. He then challenged the status quo with developing a new lead generation technology known as Anonymous Lead Capture. Anonymous Lead Capture gave real estate agents the opportunity to connect with anonymous website visitors actively searching for properties on their website. Utilizing analytics and a proprietary “In Network” messaging system, agents were able to capture, qualify, and engage with active buyers on their website. David has been a speaker at prominent real estate technology conferences such as Inman Connect, RETechSouth, and Real Estate Bar Camps.
