Daniel P. Hamilton
Dan Hamilton is the operating principal of Keller Williams
Realty Greenville-Upstate, one of the largest and fastest-growing
residential real estate firms in the Upstate with more than
100 licensed agents. To provide maximum service to his clients,
Dan founded Hamilton & Co. of Keller Williams Realty, a real estate
team that consistently ranks in the top 1 percent of Greenville-area realtors for
sold transactions. Hamilton & Co. was recognized by the Wall Street Journal and
Real Trends as one of the top 250 real estate teams in the country in 2010 for closed
transactions.

In 2008, Dan was elected to serve his community in the South Carolina House of
Representatives from district 20 in Greenville County. At the State House, Dan was
selected by the Speaker of the House to be a Majority Whip, was elected vice chairman
of the Freshman Caucus, and helped form and was elected chairman of the
Upstate Caucus.
Dan married his college sweetheart, Kelly, in 1999. They have four children and reside
in Taylors, South Carolina.
