Daniel Milstein
Within the financial field, Milstein worked his way up from assistant consumer lending manager, general manager, and underwriter, to becoming Chief Operations Officer within various financial institutions in the 1990s.
He has since been honored by numerous publications including the Scotsman Guide, in which he was ranked the No. 1 Loan Officer in the United States for the past three years. National Mortgage Professional Magazine lists Dan Milstein as one of the 40 Most Influential Finance Professionals in the United States. Crain’s Detroit Business Magazine also selected him as Detroit’s Top 40 Executives under 40 list and Mortgage Originator Magazine honored him as a Top Originator. Mr. Milstein's achievements have not gone unnoticed internationally, as Australian Broker Magazine touted him as Best Mortgage Banker in the United States in 2005. In 2012 Milstein received an honorary doctorate degree in Business Science from Cleary University.
Dan Milstein is widely known in the community, serving on various business and philanthropic organizational boards. He currently serves on the Cleary University Board of Trustees and volunteers his time for many organizations around the USA.
Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Milstein and his family relocated to the United States after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. A graduate of Cleary University, Milstein received his bachelor's degree with Cum Laude honors in business management. He is also the bestselling author of The ABC of Sales: Lessons from a Superstar.
