Carol Royse
Inspired by the unexpected and drawn to results, Carol Royse is a top-producing Realtor at Keller Williams Realty who is widely known and acclaimed in the Greater Phoenix area. She is the CEO of The Carol Royse Team, bringing over 30 years’ worth of experience with her, which always proves beneficial and
revolutionary to the team’s success. Carol works in an industry that has seen it all— the times where business “just happened,” as well as the times where strategy and innovation were critical to “making it.”
Back in 1985, Carol experienced the unexpected when her husband passed away unexpectedly of a massive heart attack, leaving her the sole provider for her family. Knowing that she had to do something—and quickly—she decided to pursue a real estate license, an action she credits a friend for. At that time, she entered into a market where the competition was intense and the best companies to hang your license at were only interested in those who’d already proven themselves. This was her first sales challenge and she excelled, growing her business by leaps and bounds. Today, Carol’s team consists of 18 Realtors with sales totaling over $500 million. In addition, she’s a sought out expert on real estate, and even hosts her own radio program – which airs weekly to a target market that is eager to tap into her abundance of knowledge about the market in her area.
Carol’s team is also highly praised by both clients and herself. This was evidenced by exciting news for Carol recently. She was named as one of the Top Ten Women in Business in Phoenix, an exciting honor that acknowledges just how far she’s come and the impact she has to those she connects with. And like all proud mothers, she’s particularly fond of her partnership in real estate with her two children—the ones she used to worry about supporting—Tim Evans and Vikki Royse Middlebrook. Not only are they an intricate part of her team, but their spouses are too. It’s a family business where everyone takes care of each other and together they all triumph.
Carol’s expertise is also sought out by real estate professionals. She has co-authored the book Death of the Traditional Agent and Rise of the Super Profitable Real Estate Team with Craig Proctor and Todd Walters, and is a chapter contributor to the book Beat the Curve with Brian Tracy. While real estate sparks her greatest passions, Carol also enjoys time with her family, her team, and delights in opportunities to take the occasional trip to Hawaii. Boys & Girls Club is also a charity that is dear to her heart and which she supports wholeheartedly.
