Brian Black is a Certified Professional Coach and Master Practitioner in administering the Energy Life Index Assessment developed by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). As a graduate of Baylor University, he completed his undergraduate degree in Health & Human Performance where he played baseball as a student-athlete. Brian went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Baylor and resides in Waco, Texas where he is CEO/ Founder of Brian Black Coaching. He is recognized as being one of America’s Premier Experts in coaching the leaders of today to embrace change and transition in the new emerging generation of those who have primarily been educated by the internet. He is a member of the International Coach’s Federation (ICF) and acts as a public speaker, conducts workshops, and works with clients one-on-one within his practice.

After two years in private practice as a counselor, Brian spent twelve years in the corporate world working for some of the largest Fortune 500 medical device companies in the world. He spent his time primarily in sales with Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer. In addition, he spent several years in the private business sector working for several start-up medical device companies. Brian holds his Real Estate license in the state of Texas and has spent time working in that market as well.

Over the past two years, he has stepped out of corporate to pursue what he feels is a calling to use the gifts, talents, and experience he has to help others identify who they are, define what they want to do, and help them get to where they want to go. Brian believes that whether it is a career, relationship, or circumstances in life, learning to embrace change and transition will define your self-growth and development.
