As a 37-year veteran of the financial industry, Kathy has had a career that spans many areas of finance. Early in her career she held positions with multiple prominent Wall Street firms including Oppenheimer, Janney Montgomery Scott and RC Stamm and Company. After her son Sean was born, she left Wall Street to have more flexibility in her career and family life. Kathy then expanded her financial knowledge to include Insurance and Real Estate and worked for Met Life, with a focus on helping small business owners provide health insurance coverage, retirement planning, succession planning and estate preservation. Kathy also worked as the East Coast and Midwest Regional Director for several Insurance Marketing Organizations—recruiting and training agents—before becoming totally independent.

In 2007, she formed Family Focus Financial Group with her son Sean. Together they serve the residents of Monmouth, Ocean, and Burlington counties—as well as others throughout the great state of New Jersey. Kathy is also licensed in several additional states so that she may service referrals as well as clients who have moved. Kathy is committed to listening first, then guiding her clients to a financial plan that matches their objectives and family values.

As the president of Family Focus Financial Group, and an Investment Advisor Representative with Global Financial Private Capital, LLC and her well-rounded knowledge base affords her clients a reputable and competent professional they can count on. She is a registered member of the National Ethics Bureau and an active member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). Kathy serves on the Board of Directors and acts as Fundraising Chair for C.A.S.A., a 501c3 organization that serves children and families in the Foster Care system who have been victims of abuse and neglect. She is also a member of Soroptimist International-Jersey Shore, a 501c3 organization whose mission is to help women and children in need.

Kathy is dedicated to helping families become successful at managing, saving, and protecting their assets. She is especially passionate about empowering women to become engaged in their financial lives through knowledge and planning.
