Julio Zelaya believes in a world filled with great and noble dreams and the people who will reach them.

He is Founder and President of the Learning Group (www. thelearningroup.com), a leading Latin American corporation focused on development and implementation of corporate universities, executive education and specialized Entrepreneurship programs.

Julio holds a Post-Doctoral Degree in Management and Marketing from Tulane University, a PhD in Psychology from Universidad Mariano Gálvez, an MBA from INCAE Business School, and has various certificates in entrepreneurship and management from MIT, Harvard, Babson, Cornell University and ASTD. He is a Professor of several MBA and PhD courses in Latin America.

Julio Zelaya is a bilingual, international speaker (Spanish/English) (www.juliozelaya. com) whose charismatic and inspiring style has led him to share the stage as a keynote speaker with some of the best in the world, including Dave Ulrich and Sir Ken Robinson. He’s been involved in the training and formation of over 250,000 people in the continental U.S. as well as other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, sharing on how to live with purpose and entrepreneurship as a lifestyle. He was a conference speaker at TEDx Guatemala City – sharing on “The Gift of Dreaming.”

Author of twelve books, including La Travesia del Emprendimiento (The Entrepreneurship Voyage), and Sólo por ser usted (Just because it’s you), both written in Spanish, his articles are commonly published in prestigious magazines of Central America such as Business and Strategy. He co-authored the book SuccessOnomics in English with Steve Forbes (available in October 2014). He’s currently working on his next book on how to live a life full of purpose (available in English and Spanish in November 2014). Among his clients we find: Novartis, Kellogg’s, Abbott, Wal-Mart, Exxon Mobil, PepsiCo, Philip Morris, Henkel, World Bank, Chevron, World Vision, Save the Children, USAID, Merck, and others.

He has taught at conferences at Penn State University, Tulane University as well as at a number of entrepreneurial summits.

He was selected as one of America’s PremierExpertsTM and has been featured on NBC, ABC, FOX and CBS television affiliates speaking on entrepreneurship and leading a life with purpose.
