Jamey is the owner and President of Dexcomm, a Telephone Answering Service and Call Center based in Louisiana, a position he has held since 1989. Dexcomm has been awarded Gold Level Site Certification from ATSI, has won the ATSI Award of Excellence for eight consecutive years, and the CAMX Award of Excellence for all four years it has participated in the program. Dexcomm is one of the very few services in the country to hold all three awards simultaneously. Dexcomm has averaged approximately 12% annual growth since 1992. For the first two years of the program, in 2011 and 2012, Dexcomm has been named to the LSU 100, representing the fastest growing businesses owned or managed by a graduate of Louisiana State University. Jamey has served as President and Board Member of several Telephone Answering Service industry associations. He has made numerous presentations at industry conferences, usually on the subjects of Sales and Marketing or Customer Service. He is currently leading a series of Customer Service Webinars for the Southern Telemessaging Association. Jamey received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He received an MS in Finance and an MBA from Louisiana State University. Jamey worked as a Commercial Loan Officer at a bank, a Hospital Administrator, a medical office manager and a small business management consultant before purchasing Dexcomm. Jamey’s passions are his wife, his church, his dogs, his work, his 26 nieces and nephews, his LSU Tigers and Customer Service.
