Cecily Casey is a mother of four children ranging in age from 11 to 24 years. After a twenty-year career in retail, Cecily created a new life plan and now owns and operates RealFit Gym in Highland Park, Il. with her business partner and daughter, Lucy. The two specialize in helping women of all ages reach their fitness and nutrition goals. Cecily earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University and completed a college certificate program specializing in Health and Wellness Promotion with a concentration in Personal Training. In 2009, Cecily earned her Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) certification, and in 2011 assisted as an instructor at the 10th anniversary RKC hosted in Chicago. In 2010 Cecily earned her USA weightlifting (USAW) Performance Coach certification. Cecily is a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a functional movement specialist. Cecily continues to travel and learn, attending workshops and seminars in order to bring the best to her clients, Cecily believes that through empowering women we can build a stronger, healthier community.
